Great location, better deals around orlando than this one and lobby area was bright.
Great location, just off the main highway.
Great location if you want to be downtown but that is about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.
But your only a cab ride from the clubs downtown, which was only a $10-$15 cab ride.
The room was ok, but the worst part was the TV was located in an illogical position in the room which could not be seen from the bed without looking right into one of the poles attached to the bed.
Bed was comfy but not awesome, and the room didnt have flat screen TV which was a little bit of a surprise.

Our requests for foam instead of down pillows, a rollaway bed for a friend that couldnt drive home and assistance with our dinner delivery was done in a professional and friendly manner each and every single time.
We asked three different employees for recommendations for breakfast or dinner and not once was the hotel restaurant mentioned nor any other place instead we were just given a head nod.
At the breakfast and lunch buffet, I noticed that the dishes did not appear to be clean.
The beds were great, food service in restaurant was very good.
But I would not recommend eating at the restaurant in the hotel.
There is a club lounge which had a decent breakfast and evening fare.

The lobby was nice enough, the staff was very friendly we needed anything and the hot tub was out of service.
Pool area was clean, the hotel was nice and starbucks in the lobby was a great plus as well.
Parking garage elevator was scary and after waiting a few minutes with no response, we got out and took the stairs.
From the moment we walked into the lobby we had were pleasently surprised.
The wireless internet did not work the entire stay though the charge did appear on my bill upon check-out.
