Although breakfast was good with lots of choice the room was dingy and uncomfortable - although half-empty - the staff were unfriendly and tried to rush us.

Good access to a shopping mall and nice restaurants. We can have a walk in a very beautiful riverside park in the morning.

Our room was terrific, included satellite TV, climate control, and a fridge. the beds with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable. - the location was marvelous, around a 10-15 minute walk from a downtown park.

The hotel is of good standard with courteous staff from check-in to check-out. It has a marvelous location to see Looff Carrousel. The area is pretty nice and a short walk to Spokane Falls and riverwalk, the Spokane Convention Center, stores, movie theaters, and other restaurants & bars.

The location is convenient and absolutely perfect, minutes from Looff Carrousel. The building is historic. The rooms are a nice size and well-kept. The Statesmen suite 1 King bedroom includes coffee.

My room was well-appointed and reasonably large, complete with a Statesmen suite 1 King bedroom and coffee. The service was friendly. The pool was great. The staff were amazingly efficient and an absolute pleasure.
