  We booked this room because was a good deal and had a free shuttle to the airport, hotel was nice. The lobby was beautiful and staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable and food was acceptable. The employees were very helpful and informative.

  Free airport shuttle, was a plus and the staff the biggest plus, our stay at the Red Lion Denver Central was quite nice. Price was good and the rooms were wonderful, the lobby was gorgeous. The front desk was very friendly and apologetic, beds were acceptable, the breakfast buffett was very exceptional. The pool was large and there was also a kiddie pool.

  Nice decor, soft colors and good price. A big lobby/ restaurants are provided at very affordable rates, rooms are clean and towels are the cheap, scratchy kind.

  Reception like old antenna days and the lamp shades are damaged. My sheets appear to have not been changed and the breakfast buffet is also overpriced.

  This hotel was fabulous and the front desk during the night was very accommodating. The room was clean, neat, the food in the Amberstone Grille was great and the Maids were very friendly.

  Overall the ratings would be not bad and give 2.5/5, nice lobby area, as others have stated. The hotel is located near the zoo, the rooms are great.

  Generally a good value and wonderful staff. The beds were comfortable, the restaurant bar/lounge was great and front Office Manager checked me in very fast and was helpful.

  Beyond that, the stay was quite depressing and elevator was disgusting.

  A great example of good customer service after the fact and big bathroom. The pool looked nice enough.

  Rude staff, dirty rooms and horrible location, the hotel is no near 10 minutes from downtown.
