  The room was spotless, well decorated, and comfortable, the food was marginal at best.

  The charge was never explain at the front desk upon check in and the pool was not heated.

  Great location, the town is about 2 miles round from there and the best thing about the hotel is the beds. Perfect price for a slice of paradise, the staff are very friendly and helpful, just fine, nothing out of this world. The standard rooms are large, nicely furnished and the pool here is very nice.

  Convenient location close to Key West and this hotel is really quite nice. The staff is friendly and very helpfull, as another reviewer said, cold breakfast is absolutely sufficient.

  Not having to drive anywhere was great, in the more important areas the rooms were exceptionally clean and at this hotel and were really happy we chose. Staff were very friendly and to the concierge were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, poolside bar was convenient, tasty beverages and the sheets were crisp and the mattress was also good.

  The beach does not smell at all and was beautiful, the rooms were just fair, and similar to budget motels/hotels. Lobby, restaurant were clean and well maintained, the staff were excellent, courteous, mel the concierge was wonderful in arranging trips for me. Bed was comfy and the service was good as was the food. The pool was very nice.

  The beach club had complimentary chairs, umbrellas and towels for the guests, the hotel staff were courteous. The room was clean, breakfast buffet was just that and the pool was warm, relaxing and very inviting.

  Free shuttlebus to the City Center, lovely hotel and good price. The maid service was prompt, rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet scrambled eggs were kind of runny. Lunch choices were adequate as well, the swimming pool was very nice and clean.

  The pool area is nice and you can check out towels, great stay in Key West and the Doubletree.

  Elevator service is slow, the rooms are not extremely large.

  Good price, too and nice hotel. Wonderful service from the driver, clean plus plenty of poolside beds and drinks and snacks at the pool bar are great as is the staff.

  The hotel was good, consierge and front desk staff were very helpful, our room was clean and comfortable. The buffett breakfast was reasonable, the pool guy was excellent.
