The hotel was impressive with marvellous location near to metro stations on the red, the Metro and less than 20minutes both from the airport and downtown and the city center and old town.

Stylish and quaint property with amicable employees who took care of every need in a courteous and professional manner. Free and savoury breakfast with live music for the start of the day: )

I was given a room on the top floor with a balcony and it was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious and had a unique layout with an integrated bathroom and bedroom space. The design of the hotel was modern and stylish, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. The location was convenient, with the metro just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. I had a great experience at DoubleTree By Hilton Lisbon Fontana Park and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very clean and helpfull staff. Very nice design. You felt great living there and the hotel was good value for the money. however, we had a discount rate as we booked rather late.

Nothing. However they charged 5 euro for an hour wifi, and it was only in the lobby. For a modern design hotel this didn't fit the bill. However, a minor detail.

The whole interior is horrible. I stayed at 4th floor and the whole corridor and room were black except for the bed sheet. The room has double curtains which were black. Shower facility was also very inconvenient to use. It was very much spooky. The hotel staff is needed to have more of service mind. When I signed the receipt, I checked out my room number. The front desk staff said that my room number has been changed to another room on the same floor. So we went to the room, but he gave me a wrong key card so that I couldn't enter the room. I remembered another room number on the same floor which was supposed to be my room. So I tried another room on the same floor to open and we could enter the first room before they change the room. So I called up the reception desk, hoping that some staff can come upstairs and change the room key or we could just use that room because we were very tired to move. But they asked me to come to the reception and change the key. Anyway we changed the key and entered the original room and there were a baby cradle and private letter. I complained to the reception and finally they came to my room and pull out all the stuff.

We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to transit and restaurants. It was a short walk to the main plaza on the river, which was beautiful. The staff here were outstanding, providing excellent hospitality and terrific service. They were always helpful and accommodating, making reservations for us and ensuring our stay was memorable. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel had a great selection of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. we had a fantastic experience here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This was an amazing hotel I loved it! The beds were super comfy and the rooms were beautifull. The food in the resturant was delicious and a bargain as we choose the daily set menu. Drinks are good value as long as you stay away from the mixers and order from the cocktail menu instead.

The parking was abit complicated.

Stylish hotel in a good quiet location. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with a couple of new items every day.

Attractive rooms but not very functional, especially the bathroom. There was only one towel hook. While the glass wall dividing the bathroom from the bedroom might come in handy if you want to watch tv while taking a shower it didn't make for a private toilet experience. Internet is charged at 10 Euros per 24 hours which should be free. Hard mattress not recommended for people with back pains. The bottle of water and fresh fruit in the room are complementary only for the first night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room at DoubleTree By Hilton. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to two Metro stations for easy access to the city. I had a positive experience during my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Loved the hotel and the design of the decor

This is a top hotel for the city break. The design idea has been developped to the max. Rooms are spacy (and silent), breakfast fresh and healthy. I would always come back. Internet access throughout the hotel is free.

It is in a relatively quiet neighborhood slightly out of the central area, perfect for a peaceful stay. The rooms on the upper floors are a highlight, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The private balcony adds an extra touch of relaxation and enjoyment. The breakfast at this hotel is a delight, with live music adding a wonderful ambiance. There are many options available, ensuring that everyone finds something to suit their taste.

All was just as expected, nothing to complain about.

The price was right and we appreciate stylish design. When we arrived we weren't disappointed. Everything was well-appointed and incredibly chic.

We encountered problems with the WiFi, and no irons available from the staff. When asked if we could borrow an iron, we were told hotels in Portugal don't offer irons for security reasons and that we must use the hotels grossly over-priced laundry service which closes daily at 5pm and charges 4 - 6 eur per item for ironing alone. The hotel's WiFi was another disappointment. It was "free" and the signal was strong enough everywhere, but trying to send emails or download Facebook updates was impossible. The staff said the problem was to be resolved the next day, but it was clear this is a long-standing complaint from guests.
