The location was very convenient, the staff were very friendly and efficient, our room was cleaned well.

Not a pleasant walk into downtown Dortmund, but U-Bahn station nearby.

Decent bar staff serving some very good german lager, everyone very friendly.

Discount coupon for bar (two free drinks and 20% off) given upon check-in.

Best breakfast in Germany, superb swimming pool/spa.

If your on business in dortmund, i'd stay here, pool very good, gym ok, just what you need after the end of the day.

Indoor pool looked nice, but also did not use.

Well connected to the city centre and this hotel was fantastic.

    Leisure / Pool area was quiet and pleasant, the room was large.

    The hotel staff at reception desk was inefficient and the person at the front desk was not nice at all: we showed our reservation. In addition breakfast was extra at €20 each not cheap.

    Best breakfast in Germany, superb swimming pool/spa.

    A bit outdated in design and the staff were not very helpful. The in-tub shower was awkward due to limited size of glass partition.
