Our room had a spacious king bed that was really comfy, and the hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of things; we even popped over to Augustiner a der Frauenkirche for a drink, it wasn't far at all!

The standard king room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious, and the location was quiet, close to a wildlife park.

Great location, just a short walk from the center. The hotel is easily accessible by car with plenty of parking options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing quick service. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dining area and bar were also well-maintained and enjoyable.

The rooms felt a bit characterless and outdated. The lack of air conditioning or proper ventilation was a problem, especially during the summer months.

It was in a favourable location, easy walk to a tram station. The restaurant here was good with great food, we both ordered healthy dishes. All the employees were attentive.

tablet instead of an information folder is a good idea, then please also show current information (like the restaurant is closed). saturday morning 8 o'clock and sunday 9 o'clock a cleaning lady knocked at the door, although i left there in each case and also stated in the tray "no cleaning". isn't there a system that the cleaning is only done after checkout? i would have suspected that this would be a hotel basic. heating was off in winter (but you could turn it on except in the bathroom), shower noticeably low pressure. since it was in both rooms, i assume intention to save costs. makes you feel a bit unwelcome as a guest. mattresses already quite well worn out. noisy (one hears soft conversations in the next room and sounds from the corridor almost as if the doors were open)
