The location wasn't too bad, great stay and staff was friendly and helpful.
Good location, nice hotel and the rate wasn't bad.
Good location for business and convenient access to the trams.
Nevertheless the Dorint Hotel is a good choice for exploring Dresden on foot or by tram.
There is also a tram station right in front which is really convenient.
Using the Accor Group website we received a very acceptable rate for a room with an extra bed for our granddaughter (€79 per night).
The furnishings and room and hotel services of this hotel were quite nice, I thought, and they have large and very nice bathrooms.
I had a room in the rear, which I'd recommend as it looks onto a very quiet area with an office building where no one is at night, so at least I could open my window fully to get air (and luckily I had an eyemask as there were lights).
The hotel has connected room and the rate wasn't bad.
Free apples at the reception, marks round the bath etc and nice wellness/sauna.
All food in the breakfast room, restaurant and bar is first-class, as is the service.

The reception staff are all professionally trained and speak perfect English (better than the English people do!
The only thing that disappointed me was the "Aqua spa" with its small pool/jacuzzi-combination.
They seem to have a nice business center (but we didn't use it), a swimming pool and spa, two restaurants that served good food and a smoking room.
Parking at the hotel is expensive (15 euros in their own parking basement).
Rooms very comfortable and clean, good meals.
