Very good location for bus, the hotel was well located.

The only positives about the hotel was the concierge, who was very helpful, and the location - very close to the metro, which allowed us to eat all of our other meals in town.

The location is not very good, too far to walk to much without it being a big excursion (and absolutely nothing of interest to the average tourist in the immediate area), but the proximity to the subway is excellent.

Yes it's not in the city centre but with a metro station, bus and tram stops literally on the doorstop, what's there to worry about?

The Hotel is quite a distance from Prague Airport and will cost about 800-900 CZ to get from the Airport to the hotel by taxi.

The rooms/bath are large with hair dryer, coffee/tea service, mini bar, TV, safe, AC, and built in bath gel dispensers.

Paid for a double room - the double bed consisted of two singles pushed together.

Our room had an ugly stain on the carpet near the bed.

My only disappointments, were the shower head was broken in my room, which was a bit awkward, the plug also seemed to be faulty for the bath and when I got the shower going, the cleaning team took the dirty towels and did not replace them.

Clean room & bathroom and good breakfast.

We didn't eat in the 1st floor restaurant but did have food in the bar downstairs.

We had breakfast in the ground floor restaurant and there was always a good selection of hot and cold food, plenty of juice, fruit, water etc.

Our room was spotless, the food was the best I’ve ever tasted with a wide range for breakfast and evening meal.

The food is ok, but since your in Prague, would throughly recommend you get out of the hotel and see some of the sites and eat at some fantastic restaurants.

We didn't eat there but did take coffee and beer in the lobby bar once.

Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in, from those on reception to the bar and restuarant staff.

The hotel staff were extremely courteous and friendly, especially the bar staff and the concierge was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff at reception seemed to care about our needs.

Management need to realise that its not just about the look of the outside and reception but customer service is also important.

We had a view of the warehouse gym across the street but didn't spend time around the hotel.

Our view from the window was of a run-down gym in what seemed to be a half-empty warehouse.

There is smoking in the lobby so there is a smoking smell -but one finds this all over europe and not in america.

Our room was comfortable (second night) and clean.

The roof top sauna and hot tub area was clean and easy to use.

The only thing I wasn't 100% happy about (but didn't cause a problem) was that on New Year's Day the maid came at about 5pm to clean the room.

The rooms were pleasant, clean, and well cared for.

The room was clean, well appointed and huge - excellent.
