Located directly on the promenade and in front of the beach, our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and well-stocked bathroom. The breakfast buffet was great with individually cooked eggs and omelets while the indoor swimming pool and spa area were a plus. The staff was professional and friendly and spoke fluent English. The hotel made an excellent base for exploring the island with good public transportation options.

The air conditioning was outdated and could not cope with the outside heat.

We had a suite with direct sea view, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located directly at the beach promenade, one has direct access to the Baltic Sea. The personnel, either in the hotel as also in the restaurant, was very friendly and always attentive. Everyone made us feel welcome. The choice at the breakfast buffet was very wide for every taste. And also at 6x breakfast there was always enough variety in the offer. It is ingenious for late risers that breakfast is available until 12:00 o'clock. And here then not only the leftovers are available, it is always freshly filled up. My extra thanks to the ladies from the breakfast, who brought me already from the second day unsolicited my milk coffee. There one feels really cared for.

A small downer was that the direct sea view was only available when standing. If one sat down, only the view on a 1.5 m high wall remained. Here, I would put at least two bar stools so that the guests could enjoy the really nice view even more comfortably.

The location is top, first row to the sea, unbeatable! But that's what you pay for. The hotel staff was professional in all areas, be it at the arrival, we could already park our car in the underground car park and start our first day of holiday, over the wellness area, here we were welcomed very friendly and introduced to the localities, up to the breakfast, we were immediately asked for drinks, dishes that were not needed anymore were immediately cleared away etc. The size of the suite is sensational, there is a bedroom, a living room and an unbeatably large bathroom, this is not self-evident! Very positive to mention is also the breakfast buffet, there is something for every taste, egg dishes are freshly prepared on order, there is freshly squeezed orange juice - absolute recommendation! We have used the spa area, absolutely clean and clearly recommended for sauna and swimming pool.

As always I have to complain about the parking fees - a parking space in the underground car park for 18 EUR per night is not possible with the prices you already pay for the accommodation itself. the parking for the car must be included, As I attach great importance to my daily workout, I was of course a guest in the fitness room - there was only one treadmill which is absolutely ok, but then it must be usable and not "out of order". What a pity!

I also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, particularly the heated swimming pool and sauna. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

The breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of options that suited my taste. The staff was friendly and accommodating. , the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to public transportation and good restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with good shower facilities that helped me freshen up after a long day at work.

We had a hard time sleeping at night, as we could hear constant noise at odd hours of the night. This disrupted our sleep pattern, which made it difficult for us to focus on our work the next day.

Being British, we were pleasantly surprised to find at breakfast,not only the usual cold meat and cheese, but also hot items and an egg station.We can also recommend the freshly cooked pancakes, with breakfast available till 12.00. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location wise, Cafe's and restaurants close by

On return to the hotel one evening, we passed through the bar to our room in order to take off our outdoor coats, Minutes later, we returned to the bar for our usual nightcaps only to be informed by the barman that the bar was now closed. This came somewhat of a shock, because it was some 50 minutes before the published closing time. After that evening, we enjoyed our nightcaps elsewhere.

We loved this hotel's prime location right on the shore of the sea, with direct access to the promenade and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was exceptional, as we got to enjoy hot items, an egg station, and freshly cooked pancakes until noon. We also loved the waffles which we could make the way we preferred. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained. Moreover, the parking facilities were good and convenient.

Nothing to dislike in this hotel or the city; our stay was absolutely delightful.
