              • An excellent fitness centre, near a forest and the thermal pools were amazing in the evening even its not part of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and room was clean. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

                A female employee there was really very rude, the receptionist at checkout was unfriendly and the facilities were open to the public was a shame, as was very busy.

              • The location is nice, a perfect place to explore the alsace from and the staff is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and properly cleaned daily, the breakfast is really good. The outdoor pool is a peaceful, relaxing pool.

                Noisy building work from early in the morning and other than to drive into Freiburg. The duvet and pillows could have been better.

              • The position was very nice, the hotel was clean and quiet, the service at the front desk was excellent. Ithe room was very good and the restaurant was fantastic. The waiters were all very friendly and made sure to talk to the children as well.

              • Convenient for visiting the historic city of Freiburg, wonderful hotel and great service. Nice and morden rooms, good pillows, the restaurant offers delicious menues for not much money. Next to lovely pools.
