The 3 bedroom ocean view apartment at Dorchester On The Beach was absolutely stunning. The well-appointed fixtures and breathtaking views made my family holiday perfect.

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about this place.

I had an incredible time staying at this 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach with direct access. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and onto the sandy shores within seconds. The views were breathtaking, I couldn't get enough of them. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I felt completely at ease during my stay.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable beachfront experience.

I was extremley disapointed with the quality of the facilities. I believe it was unfairly advertised due to the poor state of the room and the overall poor cleanliness of the accommodation.

I really liked the fact that the rooms were spacious and clean and that the kitchen was well appointed. Fabulous laundry...spacious and well designed

Thought they could have added a few extra towels and towel hanging spaces/racks. A few more plates in kitchen would have been useful also. Dining material was a little patchy.

I absolutely loved the decor at this beachfront hotel. The beautiful coastal theme with its soft hues and nautical accents made me feel like I was truly on a relaxing seaside vacation. The common areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel as a senior. The children working there were always attentive and ready to assist me whenever I needed help.

I wish there were more handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms for extra stability and safety.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Karen and Michael work tirelessly to provide guests with a quintessential Australian beach holiday experience in a comfortable and secure environment. The facilities are top-notch, making my stay easy and memorable.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.

The hotel's interior decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for us seniors, with comfortable seating and clear signage. It was such a relief to find a hotel that truly understands the needs of older guests.

I wish the children working there had been a bit more attentive to our needs. Sometimes it took a while for them to assist us with our luggage or provide information about the local attractions.

The location was perfect, just in front of the beach with direct access to it. We could easily walk to the main area of the city without a problem, and we enjoyed visiting the local attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the parking area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location and a very well equipped apartment. We were on holiday with 2 kids and 3 adults and this apartment was perfect. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Access to the beach was easy and no need to cross the road, good for kids. The booking process was good and the managers confirmed our requests ahead of the stay.

Only negative for us was the attitude of the manager in person. We were greeted with a list of rules rather than a smile and he was not what I would call ‘welcoming’. They are obviously very efficient and took time to show us the apartment and how the security system works, which was good but they didn’t really make you feel comfortable to ask them for anything else…so we didn’t!

The Dorchester is situated right next to the beach with a full view of the surf, which was excellent. The facilities were clean, tidy and contained everything we needed for the duration of our stay. Getting to and from the center of Surfers Paradise was mere minutes away which was a big plus.

The car park is just too narrowed and cramped which made parking rather difficult, especially if you're driving a large vehicle like a van.

We had an incredible stay at a beachfront apartment in a prime location. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed. The highlight was the stunning ocean view from our room. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a great addition as well. The owners, Karen and Michael, were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

The apartement was lovely and the position was fabulous

The managment wher lazy and did absolutely nothing for us. The very seldom have the 'office open' they do not allow you to leave keys at the front desk, and only have 2 keys for 6 people is a "nightmare' on holiday. Also, they made is check out at 10.00am and have a cleaner waiting at the door at that time and they would not allow us to store luggage even though they new our flight was not ffor 7 hours. This experence completely ruined our holiday
