Immaculately clean, good value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice just off main sights in the historical area of the city, the town centre and bus terminal and Seville by foot. Stayed in brand-new room with balcony. The staff was really helpful in all services.

Although everything was immaculate, some of the staff were so relaxed.

Our room was airy and had an electronic key card, a work desk, and television.

Had real good stay on a vacation. Could see city perfectly from our brand-new room. The staff were excellent and responsive day and night.

They gave us a good sized and functional room with utensils, great shower, TV.

A huge variety of good food, we loved it.

The rooms are immaculate and big size, and are complete with balcony, utensils plus great shower. The staff are exceptionally nice and exceptional, managed the parking close to the hotel.

Perfect and bright place all in all, has extremely helpful staff in an unapologetic manner. The rooms are brand-new with large bathrooms and have a nice interior. There is a plenty of supplies like : a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and an iron.

Airy room, all in all had very nice stay.

our good-sized and brand-new room was equipped with good wifi, balcony plus utensils. the location next to the metro station was exceptionally nice for us. moreover, it was so close to all attractions and areas and the alcazar and cathedral.

I really enjoyed the different room options, especially airy twin/double room with utensils, balcony plus good WiFi.

Great central location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Spacious room with a small kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, coffee pad machine. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Poor soundproofing, could hear noises from the hallway and other guests. Kitchen not well equipped, lacked a sharp knife and mugs.

The hotel was small which was really nice and the rooms were very clean. Very quiet rooms. Good location 10 -15 minute walk to Cathedral. Staff very helpful and free internet use was invaluable during ash cloud delay.

The only downside was the orange juice at breakfast.

It's a good hotel, very nice. But pay atention that they changed me to another hotel when I arrived in Sevilha. It was not a problem because the new hotel it was better...

I hated the fact that they don't permit visits to the hotel. If you have friends or relatives, they have to wait wait outside. I visited 17 couintries and never happened to me something like this...
