Lovely family-run hotel with friendly staff. Located in a great area with lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. Cozy and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and served in a pleasant area.

The rooms were small, lacked outlets, and there were no hand towels or washcloths provided. The access to the hotel was limited, and privacy was compromised.

Hds is a charming house and in a calm street, close to the metro and in beetween Providencia and Bellavista. In a few blocks you can be in the main part of these two neighborhoods that have a lot of restaurants/shops/sights. The staff in the hotel is helpfull and so kind! Even when the hotel thought that was a diference between the price in Booked.net and the real price, Cristina hosted me in a really elegant way to solve the problem (and turned out to have no diference when we check it more carefully). The room is super clean, cosy, comfortable and actually felt like home. Would stay there again!

Since it´s such a nice hotel, I suggest a little improvement in the breakfast, adding more options than there was. But, dispite of that, it was great!

Hotel Don Santiago is an excellent hotel. It is very well situated in the Bellavista area but near downtown too, all within walking distance. The hotel is beautifully designed and extremely well kept. It is very quiet, with no traffic noise, a very rare thing to find in such a central hotel. The owners Soledad and Cristina are very friendly, helpful and kiind and cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The price/quality relation is excellent. The size of the hotel provides it with a homey intimacy which however is never oppressive.I Would recommend hds to anyone who wishes to spead a few days or longer in Santiago as an ideal spot to explore the city while always feeling welcome when one returns.

This hotel is located in a very charming neighborhood called Bellavista which is centrally located and within walking distance from the city center. The staff members are very friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom. The breakfast served at this hotel is delicious, especially the made to order scrambled eggs.

Great location - close to good restaurants and the metro but in a really quiet street. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated with a big comfy bed and a fabulous shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. I could easily roam around this city for sightseeing, and also walk to the nice neighborhood with restaurants.
