Nice staff, good location. Wifi in the double room close to the reception was working well. Tasty breakfast though nothing special.
Room didn´t have mini-bar. Window looked on a tiny internal yard so forget about sunshine. TV was hanging just below the ceiling which is not good. Also, the don´t have double beds, just two-bed double rooms.

patient staff with skills to fix my questions, location is close to metro station and arounding are nice, if room is facing street you can have a nice view there, good for family travel, breakfast yogurt is really good.

liked my good stay during the two nights that i was there. it had absolutely perfect and nice location with access to golden mile nearby. the area was very pleasant just next door to retiro park as well as carrefour express behind the corner.

The location of the hotel in the Salamanca district is just perfect! It is a very elegant district and I felt very safe, even late at night! Restaurants, underground and shops at walking distance. Receptionstaff is fluent in English, very kind and helpfull.
The room was a bit noisy, I heard my neighbours talk as well as the sound of their TV.
