Niki beach is just next door, the views are amazing and is in a good location- for a weekend stay- the food at the hotel is awful.

Beach is nice, the easy to reach location and setting of the Don Carlos are beautiful.

The taxi from the Malaga airport took about 35 minutes.

For a hotel of this class, I have come to expect a courtesy bus to the town (which would have made our lives a whole lot easier) and the option of private transfer from the airport.

I booked a comfort room (cheapest) - I was a bit afraid because I thought the comfrot rooms were not renovated, but the room was actually very good, king size bed, relatively spacious.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the air con worked well and the bathroom was great, but we really wished there were tea and coffee-making facilities!

Our room was spacious and the bathroom was spotless , The maid service was meticulous each day both in the morning and in the evenings when they turned the beds down.

Your not only receive the bed and towel for this price but also a fruit coctail, fresh fruits and some cold refreshment towels during the day.

Wonderful views, i didn't understand the reason for letting the hotel guests pay for the beds at the beach and rooms are nice and big.

After our horrendous experience at the hotel restaurant, we were hoping to find other restaurants nearby for our remaining evening meals.

Furthermore nice bar, excellent breakfast and fresh seafood.

Breakfast each day was served at the restaurant by the upper pool.

The quality of the food served during the lunch in the different restaurants is more than perfect.

For the same amount of money two people can eat great food at Los Tony's or other beach restaurants just outside the hotel.

The beach was fabulous, housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay and reception staff were great.

We used the complimentary mini cooper- great value, the staff were also really nice and room service offering were adequate.

The staff were excellent and reception told me that the rooms recently renovated.

The lobby is very big, the staff at reception desk are very helpful and the rooms have just been renovated.

Otherwise, the car parking, the beds on the beach and the pool near the hotel were free, only the beach club is eur20 per day.

The lobby and grounds are very attractive as are the upper pool and the pool by the beach.

But if you do not take advantage of the Beach Club due to the extra charge, the hotel's swimming pool area closest to the lobby area is just fine.

Nikki beach is well worth a trip too, atmosphere is lovely and generous bathrooms are nice and clean.

The bedroom was clean, breakfasts were very good.

The bedroom was extremely ordinary - dark, depressing and not particularly clean.

The rooms were standard, nothing special but clean and nice.
