The hotel was stylish and great value with particularly good location close to central train station and public transportation, other attractions and a multitude of Christmas markets. There was variety of incredible meals. The check-in was friendly and the atmosphere was homelike overall. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

Nothing too much trouble, I had a such wonderful stay and would like to stay longer. Everything was good, marvellous location not far from the station, Dom and markets, superfriendly stuff. The service was friendly, that made the hotel well appointed place. They offered ironing at no cost too.

The staff in general is courteous and very very nice. The room is spotless and newly renovated, comes with good facilities including safe, comfortable bed and safe. The breakfast was very very good and fantastic, we loved plenty of meals. The hotel provides an exceptional service. The atmosphere is homelike. Thank you for a nice stay.

This hotel is a great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located in a quiet street very close to the main railway station, it offers convenience without the noise. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are well-equipped, including a safe and a bathroom with a good shower. We especially appreciated the spacious rooms, perfect for our adult children to share, and the harder beds for a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a variety of options including hot foods with eggs in various forms readily offered.

The hotel is in just the right location, close to everything. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great and the rate was spot on. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very warm welcome on our arrival. This is a hotel with a truly personal touch. The owners and staff take great pride in making their guests feel welcome, comfortable and are only too happy to assist with anything. Breakfast (inclusive) varies daily with much of the food being locally sourced or homemade and the coffee is to die for. Recommendations are made daily of places to visit, venues to eat at. We ate twice at venues local to the hotel, away from city centre - excellent food at great value.
