Domina Sultan Hotel & Resort

Our room was perfect, location wise, as it was close to everything A short but very sceinic walk to the beach and heated pool area.

Staff very polite, food is ok, location and bay very beautiful.

It was an ideal location for snorkelling and other water sports.

Even the taxi service was very good and they arranged a taxi for us from Cairo airport to our accommodation there.

7 so obviously its much better to do that as the taxis outside the airport no that they can charge what they want!

Our ‘double room’ consisted of 2 single beds pushed together, a dirty bathroom, with a toilet flush that fell off when we used it.

We did get some help from Guest Relations who managed to find us a new room, with a double bed.

We decided at this point, that we just had to make the best of it and not dwell over the fact that we were paying 5* prices for a room that didn’t have a mini-bar, an iron, a bath, or even tea and coffee making facilities.

There wasn't a kettle or any cooking equipment but there is in the family sized rooms (we know this because they kindly give you a courtesy room after checkout which you can use until your flight home).

We went bed and brekfast which was perfect for us as it meant we had the choice to go out or stay around the hotel!

There is an excellent choice of restaurants offering all kinds of cuisine but be aware that they do charge extra for all other restaurants other than the Coral restaurant but that didn't bother us as we didn't go to that one anyway.

We ate all breakfasts and dinners at the Coral Restaurant, where the food was more than adequate for our needs.

You could only get free food and drink in certain restaurants so it was a [--] ache everyday when it came to deciding which restaurant we could eat in at that time of day.

We were on a breakfast only plan and when we tried to enquire about meal plans were given non-specific information that it would cost £16 per person to eat at the hotels various buffet style restaurants.

Food at the Nautilus was as good as ever but we both sent our T bone steaks back at the steak restaurant as they were inedible, like old boots but as there are so many good restaurants in Naarma Bay we did not eat at the hotel very much anyway.

The hotel is good enough for 4, otherwise the staff is friendly and room service is compared to restaurants cheap.

Staff are friendly and courteous, the room service guy really lovely.

Most of the entertainment staff are from Eastern Europe and speak fairly good English though they are much less obliging than the Egyptians and have difficulty in understanding the concept of deliving a service to the guests.

Reception, room cleaning, room service was good (3++ star).

The salt lake pool, the gym and beaches and othere areas were out of bounds for people staying in the Oasis, and it doesnt tell you any of that when booking, it states you will get all these amenities, so it is a real let down!

Domina Coral Bay was just great and the pool area was also nice.

Bay very beautiful, the whole area was wonderful and exotic, the main pool had a good atmosphere.

Rooms are spotless and so all the food is super fresh.

The weather was beautifull the food was amazing and the rooms were clean tidy and average size.

Supermarket in the hotel offers cheap snorkeling masks for 8 EUR, the staff were excellent and the room was clean.

Our room was great, food was excellent and the pools were clean.

The rooms were shabby but fairly clean and view form patio was beautiful.
