The staff are excellent and friendly, managed the parking onsite. The location is marvellous and pleasant as it's short walk to a very nice restaurant in Falaise, and the Domaine de la Tour.
It was all superb!

We had a lovely stay in a tranquil location adjacent to a chateau. Being near the Caen ferry and just off the motorway was very convenient. Our hosts were welcoming and provided facilities to make our stay comfortable, including a microwave and an honesty bar. The gardens were exquisite, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife wander across the lawn at sunrise and sunset.
The single mattresses on the double bed were not very comfortable.

The owners were very welcoming and friendly. It was an ideal quiet location. However, it was very near to Falaise which had history, shopping, eating all to hand. We could have done with an armchair or 2 in our bedroom. There were facilities to make tea, coffee etc. and a table to eat your own food on in a small sitting room. You were also allowed to put your own food in the fridge which was very useful. We would go back there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Domaine. Mark and Noelle are excelllent hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are lovely and our bed was large and comfortable. There are little patio gardens outside each group of rooms and also a bigger garden- all within beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Breakfast is included and for France there is a lot of variety including fruit and yogurt. There isn't a restaurant but there are many local ones within a very short drive and the Hofman's recommendations were great and spot on for our needs.
Nothing- would definitely stay again.

Everything was pleasant, incredibly beautiful hotel, the location was stunning just next door to supermarkets and a very nice restaurant in Falaise 5 minutes away. The staff were very welcoming, and the room was a nice size and huge with lovely antique furniture.

This bed and breakfast, nestled in a quiet idyllic location, is the perfect base for exploring Lower Normandy. With plenty of parking available on the grounds, convenience is at your fingertips. The beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. The warm and welcoming hosts provide excellent service and are always ready to offer recommendations. The delicious breakfast, with a variety of options including bio yogurts and fresh croissants, is the perfect start to the day. Families will appreciate the family-friendly facilities, such as the play area and the exhibition of farm machinery.
One minor downside is that the rooms may have outdated furniture and decor, which might not suit everyone's taste.

A small friendly, family-run hotel - only a handful of rooms. It's the farmhouse (much updated) adjoining a Chateau, and the directions to it are excellent - precise and easy to follow. The rooms are traditional, large and part of the same house in which the owners live, and although the space is oddly distributed (for example, our bathroom was long and thin, but spotlessly clean, with a good shower and toilet at the furthest end), it's quirky and authentic. The ground floor is part of the owners' home as well as the office/hotel entry, so expect to be met by their (very polite and welcoming) children in their toys and play area, as well as by their helpful parents. There's also an "honesty bar" on the landing - typical of the open and friendly nature of the owners and feeling more like being in a shared house than a standard hotel. We were given good advice about where to eat in Falaise, the local village - a beautiful and hidden gem - and about the excellent cheese market on the day of our departure. Our stop-over was brief - en route to the Caen ferry - but we'd spend more time in Falaise in future, and definitely make this our base.
The car parks and courtyards are somewhat muddy in very wet weather (it had rained heavily before we arrived) and car parking is not immediately outside the hotel - it's only a 30 seconds' walk - but have a brolly handy when getting your cases out of the car - it's northern France and there's a reason why the surrounding countryside is so lush..!

the breakfast was delicious and fine with lovely homemade jam and croissants, as for instance, worth the price. the location was beautiful yet it was close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

Beautiful surroundings and superb breakfast
We had a great family holiday with our children in a charming place surrounded by stunning countryside. The accommodation was very comfortable, and we appreciated the playroom and outdoor play area. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts with a variety of options, including fresh croissants and homemade jams. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions, and we found the access very convenient.
We found that some of the furniture and decor was quite outdated and not to our taste. We were also disappointed to find limited amenities, such as no hot tub available, which was inconvenient for our family.

The owners were very pleasant and welcomed us warmly. The house is a recently converted stable adjoining a chateau with an impressive drive.
My only 'complaint', more of a comment really, is that the room we occupied had no outlook. The only window was a roof light and the only view was of the treetops. A pity considering the view that must have been outside.
