It rained one evening and we decided to stay in the hotel for dinner - 20 Euros for a decent buffet which included monkfish or some pretty good pork as part of 3 courses seemed pretty good value to me.
The area was lovely and i enjoyed the convenient location at the nice place close to the beautiful ocean beach.
The location next to the Marina is the best selling feature for this hotel.
The location is perfect, this beach is superb and comfortable hotel close to marina.
Location excellent for the beach and the Marina and not too far from Faro Airport.
There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel.
The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and we had a great view from the 6th floor room, we did pay extra for a sea view.
The Rooms are spacious and the family suites are just perfect, separate bathrooms and a beautiful terrace with spectacular views.
The hotel needs updating, the ceramic on the bath was patchy, the decor in the rooms was in need of a refresh and a lick of paint.
We found a brilliant deal through Booked.net until we arrived at the hotel and hated the first floor allocated 'Booked.net' room which was small, right above the main air-con for the hotel and , worst of all, had rock-hard beds.
Only comment I would make is that the bed was in fact two singles rather than the double which we had asked for.
Bathroom spacious, poolside bar very good value and varied restaurants - especially the Japanese on the marina.
The food at the bar is reasonable and the breakfast well worth the visit and sitting outside is a bonus.
Last year we found an excellent family run restaurant called "Cataplana" which is in a small square just back from Pharmacy/Ruis Bar area.
The next day wen´t for breakfast and founf it very poor for a 4 star hotel the restaurant was very small for that size hotel but waiters were very helpfull and friendly.
We ate in the restaurant on the first night and it was very nice.
The hotel is spotless, staff are very friendly and room service is quick and effecient.
Excellent service, large balcony and very pleasant staff especially Fernando.
Reception staff not overly friendly,but all other staff were lovely.
1 Location was very good, the main areas of the hotel were adequate and the staff on reception were not at all friendly.
The suit was fantastic with a big terrace and a private jacuzzi a small car parking is the only bad think about this hotel.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, all in all venue was great for golfers and general ambience in the lobby/pool area was pleasant welcoming.
The food was great too and the pool was very clean.
Our room (on the 5th floor) was very clean and the batthroom was spotless and new.
Excellent service, pristine clean rooms, spot on location.
The area was lovely, the hotel public rooms were clean and the staff were most helpful.
The room was spotlessly clean, and larger than many 4 star business hotels.
Room was very clean and breakfast was good.
