Dom Henrique Porto - 波尔图

Central location, good car parking facility just across the road and hotel very well situated for sightseeing.

Very close to the center of old town Porto and the hotel is in a good location.

Good location, friendly staff and the rooms were spacious.

If you don't want to walk, the metro and bus services are good.

The Airport bus was booked for us by reception and we used our 3 day travel ticket.

Given all that, the room was large and clean, though a bit worn and dated, the beds comfortable and the bath clean and nicely appointed.

Once in our room we foun out it was a twin bed and not a double one.

Comfortable medium size rooms, clean well equiped bathrooms, mini bar and efficient air conditioning.

Had a comfortable bed, the bar on the 17th floor had one of the best viws of porto i seen and the restaurant was also awesome.

All rooms were well appointed, and and lovely bathrooms.

The bar on the 17th floor was a nice feature and breakfast buffet was adequate.

Did not try the hotel restaurant, there were plenty of restaurants locally and all reasonably priced.

That night though the reason for the discount was quite apparent - we were right next to the elevator shaft and directly under the kitchen area of the 17th floor restaurant/bar - which equalled shocking noise all night.

Ok, pour finir : Porto est une ville superbe, il y a plein d’endroits supers où aller (essayez le restaurant «Verso em Pedra» pour de la très bonne cuisine typique et pas chère) mais trouvez un autre hôtel.

The only really enjoyable part of staying here was we had an good meal in the restaurant one evening,and they seemed happy to serve us even though we didn't eat till 11.

Also the front desk staff were very helpful & knowledgeable and accommodation was good.

Reception staff were good, spoke good english.

The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, rooms were large, clean and quiet and everything in the hotel was very efficient and worked.

The attitude of those at the front desk was similar: indifferent and uninterested in providing any service.

The woman they sent up was from housekeeping and gave us shower gel!

The absence of a parking place was bad but to have to buy a parking card?

He took the elevator and I supposed he was being paid to work but he didn't spoke and not even bother to carry our bags (excuse me, but isn't it his job?

All areas were clean, paid parking right across the street and had best room in hotel.

The bedroom was kept very clean and the breakfast was good.

The rooftop bar has an exceptional view, helpful staff and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Clean and quite room but a bit small, lighting not bright enough.

the city by day, staff very helpful and friendly, very tidy room.
