      While the hotel offers you passes to the Las Hadas resort next door it is really meaningless as it only entitles you to use the beach, you have to pay for towels, chairs, umbrella etc.

      The location is great and the service is excellent.

      Quiet location and the hotel has a nice pool.

      The location is beautiful, and the location is great for getting around.

      Take a taxi to the Central Bus station ($5), get on Priam Plus ($10 RT) to Barra de Naviad (1 hr) and eat at Isabella's.

      However, the last bus up to the hotel was at about 9:00 p.

      The condo itself was huge, with full kitchen, washer dryer, bedroom with 2 queen beds and nicely (if starkly) decorated large living room.

      Simple but lovely room with very comfortable king sized bed.

      This gave us plenty of room to spread out (unbeknownst to us, the king studios include a sleeping loft with 2 additional beds, as well as kitchenette).

      The beds were poorly made and they consistently forgot to leave face cloths, proper numbers of towels, toilet paper and soap.

      Staff were fantastic, our one bedroom suite was large and dolphin's restaurant was at the best poor.

      The rooms are spacious, pool bar have wonderful and the restaurant are better than ever.

      64 steps up to the cobblestone street/walkway then down 60 to the pool and restaurant/bar/pool.

      The water was always hot, the restaurant was one of the best we have eaten at in Manzanillo.

      The restaurant is good for all meals and the pool for this facility is more than adequate.

      The closeness to the sea is fantastic, the location is great -- a quick and the standard of the food at the hotel's restaurant is excellent.

      A very reasonable rate, nice staff and the concierge Edgar were both wonderful.

      The staff is very friendly; most of the complex's front desk staff speak some English, and Cynthia at the Dolphin Cove desk speaks excellent English.

      The service was excellent, the Concierge was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean.

      Isis, the reservation manager and the concierge Edgar were both wonderful.

      This all-inclusive was not our cup of tea; but, apparently you can purchase a "day pass" there that allows use of the pool, resort activities, food and drink.

      The pool is quite nice, and was practically deserted during most of our visit.

      We called the waitress to the pool and actually ordered food while still in the water.

      Additionally the room was very clean and adequate.

      Desk staff are very helpful, the rooms at the Dolphin Cove Inn are clean and the pool at the Dolphin Cove is wonderful too.

      The best views you can imagine from our huge patio and the rooms are clean.

      Clean in their decor, friendly staff and our room was great.

      The rooms were clean and included all the necessaties including a fully stocked kitchen.

        Large kitchenette area and fantastic value. At a very reasonable price, staff friendly and the employees took great care of me. The room was nice, our terrace was big having a lounge chair and towels were abundant and clean. Food were good.

        View was great, our hotel room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Balcony were wonderful, the restaurant was good and the pool was very clean.

        The gorgeous bay views and a wonderful place. The prices were great, some of the staff spoke english very well and the room was spacious. Food was good and all of the local people we encountered were friendly.

        The ocean is warm, the view of Manzanillo bay is great and the atmosphere is so relaxing in a beautiful setting of colorful gardens. Staff is very helpful and the rooms themselves are simple. Restaurant are excellent and the pool is quite nice.

        Our huge terrace overlooking the sea had bougainvillia, the view was really wonderful and the other guests in the hotel were great. The service was excellent, the Concierge was extremely helpful and the rooms were clean. The little kitchenette was perfect and towels were just fine.

        The better beach is at neighboring Las Hadas, the location is great for getting around and manzanillo is a wonderful place. The staff is warm and the rooms are clean. Music in outdoor restaurant by pool is very loud.

        The beach is great for swimming and the views are spectacular. This hotel is in the beautiful Santiago Peninsula in Manzanillo, its staff are truly genuinely caring and the rooms are big. The restaurant is good for all meals and the pool for this facility is more than adequate.

        Beach continue to be in excellent condition, most of the rooms have very nice views of Manzanillo bay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Furthermore the accommodations are wonderful and the food is great.
