Hotel Dolce Sitges - 锡切斯

Great location and based on the good looks of the hotel in Internet.

The location was lovely, I went for the Spa treatment.

The location was lovely, the rooms were of good quality and the staff was always helpful.

A taxi from Sitges railway station cost around 7 Euro and arrival at the hotel gave us all the visions we’d seen on their website – big funky stylish common areas, 4 (smallish) pools, views across to the sea, golf course below etc.

9) The hotel is isolated: access to Sitges without your own car is difficult - taxis are hard to come by at most times of the day, and the mini-bus "service" is a joke.

The room was well kept with nice bed and bathroom but was quite small.

Our room, once we got into it, was spacious, nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed.

The hotel staff were as professional and my room had a great bathroom.

Service and staff were excellent, no problem on arrival, our bags were brought up to the room, our car was parked in the underground car park, and the interconnecting rooms we asked for were as requested.

If you have a room overlooking the central lawn I would recommend packing ear plugs as the rooms don't have very good sound softening.

Downside : Kids palates not catered for at all in restaurant or lunch bar.

We resolved never again to have lunch here, aside from room service and the bar this was the only option as the main restaurant seemed only to serve the conference guests.

We often went from breakfast or lunch at the 'Picnic' restaurant which is half way between the beach and the main town.

The restaurants were great, especially the breakfast buffet, which rivaled anything I have experienced in the past.

We ate in town (no need for lunch after THAT breakfast!

Additionally staff very pleasant and helpful, facilities before showing us to our room - spacious, efficient and clean service at breakfast.

And I'm not sure the staff there have any concept of customer service.

So the staff is neither sufficient during the holiday period, nor very welcoming, the services are really minimal.

Despite the lack of service or indeed manners and the fact that a dripping wet and cold customer had been sent to solve the problem (loudly by a employee) the management didn't even appear.

Activites everyday, pool gym (twice a day x 1hour) yoga, streching.

It's very convenient for a short break, relaxing in the pool area or the spa.

They gave me a nice room overlooking the pool but the aircon didn't work Afterseveral trips by the engineer to fix it and 2 nights sleeping in a sauna they finally moved me.

New,wonderful modern interior design, clean, friendly staff, fantastic pool area,spacious air conditioned interconnecting rooms with nice balconies pool view.

In addition room was very clean and the food was not at all well cooked.

The rooms were stylish, clean, modern and quiet.

Moreover the rooms are excellent too, the food is pretty good and the pools are gorgeous and clean.
