  The situation and views - once we had changed rooms.

  This hotel does not deserve a 4* rating - more like a 2*! The photos of the lobby etc. give a false impression and is the only thing that has been renovated. It is antiquated and the food was terrible.

  yo he ido 5 años seguidos a este hotel ya q me parece genial para ir con niños. está en la misma orilla del mar menor, q es super tranquilo y no cubre, con lo q te despreocupas de los niños total. lo unico q yo veo es q la piscina es un poco pequeña, pero como tienes el mar menor al lado no importa mucho. el mar mediterraneo lo tienes muy cerquita, solo con cruzar una carretera. y el buffet, como todos, muy variado pero te terminas cansando. la animacion es muy buena, con muchos concursos y bailes pachangueros. en definitiva a mi me gusta este hotel

  The hotel decor is very old, carpets in all the rooms, which after all the years of use are dirty and badly stained. The lifts/elevator are so old and slow that there is almost constantly a queue to use them. The food was really, really terrible, the worst I´ve ever had in any hotel, and we´re a Spanish and Irish couple so we have a point of view from both sides. The staff service in the restaurant equally as poor.

  As the coach party filled up the dining room, we asked reception where we could eat, three of the staff were more than helpful with their information and guidance on where we could go. We could not fault the staff for their efficiency and helpful manner. The position of the hotel is ideal and our rooms had large balconies overlooking the sea.
