I recently had a wonderful stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is perfect for exploring Horta, as it is right in front of the marina and close to the famous Peter Cafe. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided valuable information about the area, including great restaurant recommendations. The reception staff, in particular, were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From arranging a cake for my son's birthday to organizing a private tour and even a massage, they took care of every detail. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi with a stunning view and appreciated the little touches, like having our favorite sweet packed for us on departure. the service at this hotel was top-notch and made our stay truly special.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. The location, service, and amenities provided exceeded my expectations.

This is an attractive modern hotel with a comfortable bar and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bartenders, who also help out serving at dinner, were very pleasant and made good caipirinhas. Our room was clean, decent size and had a nice view. The location, right on the Horta waterfront, is convenient to the ferries and all cafes and shops. The fitness room, while hard to find, is excellent with new machines and fine views of the city. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Our bath room sink plugged up the last two days of our stay and it was never really fixed. A young man did try but he did not have the proper equipment. The dinner buffet is a good deal, including wine, but some of the food is bland or worse.

The breakfast buffet in the restaurant, while not lavish, was very adequately maintained and had a very good selection. The host/hostess was pleasant, friendly and attentive. The bathroom was modern, clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoo and toweling.

The bed was very hard, tightly made and uncomfortable! The older tube television had no significant volume adjustment and was barely audible when attempting to watch English speaking stations. The advertised bowl of fruit was really a partial plate with very unripe and thus inedible fruit. The walls were not sound proof! I could hear telephone conversations while in bed during the evening at the wall adjacent to the bed headboard. My reason for choosing this hotel was to obtain quiet rest.

The hotel's location was unbeatable - situated right in the heart of the city, I could easily walk around and explore. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were great, especially the spa facilities and massage services. Parking was also easy and convenient. Finally, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay all the better.

Couldn't fault anything about the hotel or the city - my stay was fantastic from beginning to end.

It was nice to have a spa/gym area included in the price. The location is quite good, for example the ferries to other islands leave just in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was ok but not great - a bit dull.

Overall perfect 10/10 stay for 3 nights. Fairly clean hotel, functional rooms, incredible and wonderful location. The staff were very very helpful and the restaurant was lovely. Above average and satisfactory breakfast, with lots of food. Easy to reach from Horta airport, 15 minutes drive...

Great location and stunning views of the harbor. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, cafes, and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious.

During our stay, we had a small issue with the air conditioning not cooling the room enough. However, the staff promptly fixed the issue and made sure we were comfortable.

The restaurant of the hotel is to much expensive for the quality of the food. That inferior quality is not understandable (or the price is abusive) in a 4star hotel. Preferable to eat in some restaurants near the hotel.

A decent size and functional room with all necessities, coffee for a NICE stay for 3 nights. The genuinely friendly and superbly friendly staff and their quick responses to my needs.

Miserable staff!

New Year's stay was awesome! The complementary champagne and chocolates upon arrival really set the mood. The location was amazing, close to restaurants and shops, with stunning views of the ocean and nearby islands. The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The lack of a swimming pool, but the hot tub and sauna made up for it. The decor in the room was a bit outdated, but that didn't detract from our overall experience.

The hotel location couldn't be better - right on the promenade with a view of the marina and close to three great restaurants. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a good size and a great shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful. We particularly enjoyed the view of the water and the sunset from the window.

The Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough, and we had trouble connecting most of the time.
