Its location is good, but the hotel is not that competitive in its price range.
In my opinion I would not stay again in this hotel because I believe there are better options for the same price.
Overall, simply good hotel but overpriced.

Its location is good, the hotel is located near the hilton and front desk reception very accomodating.
They sometime look "far away" on some of the maps, but they are an easy walk and short distance away, we thought the hotel was in a great location.
There is a Metro station close by - unfortunately they had a transit strike the day of our stay so no subway, buses, taxis etc.
We arrived by taxi from the airport and on arrival were greeted by the staff who were friendly, helpful even noticed that my friend and I had come the weekend inbetween our birthdays, so asked if we were there to celebrate.

However, the guest rooms are very small in size, with old furniture, and bathrooms in urgent need of renovation.

Browns bar serves some lovely cocktails, the only criticism I would have was that the breakfast was not that great.
All public spaces are very nice, especially Brown restaurant on the lobby floor, as well as the cafe Constadinople and the breakfast restaurant.
Beware of the drink prices in the high end restaurant bar on site.
We did eat in the hotel restaurant once and the food was good but expensive compared to all the local eateries.

The hotel has an outdoor pool up top of the building, with steam shower, sauna, and exercise room.
The location is near the center of Athens, upstairs on the Garden hotel roof is a lovely swimming pool.
The view from the roof top pool is spectacular and the hotel overall is nearly excellent.
Very clean rooms, a gorgeous terrace and the food was pretty good.
The bathroom was clean and modern, and provided a perfunctory lotion/soap basket.
