The hotel was in a very central setting in Istanbul's business district. And it was also right by the business centers of Istanbul, close to the tube station and Metrobus and metro lines.

The location of the hotel is particularly good, in business district with good metro links and close to a subway station.

the restaurant was great with bar, we ordered excellent dishes. we appreciated having a tub.

We were in a particularly good and perfect location at a medium distance from a modern shopping mall.

i had brand-new, brilliant room with a work desk, multi-channel tv and ironing facilities. and there were great beds.

As young people, we loved the variety of room options available at the hotel, including a family room, junior suite, and double bedroom. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the separate door made the double bedroom feel private. The hotel was in a central location, making it convenient for shopping and conducting business. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing quick room service and complimentary coffee and toast while we waited for our room to be cleaned. The breakfast was fresh, healthy, and delicious, with the staff constantly replenishing the trays.

We felt snug during our stay and had no complaints with the hotel.

The air in the room is dry. / In room TV did't work. / Noisy. / Some staff spoke in a matter-of-fact tone.

Hotel staff very friendly, rooms are big enough and clean. Breakfast was ver good, location is central close to metro station and shopping centres, free wifi and parking.

We were couple but they gave us two seperate twin beds. But it was okay because we stayed for just one night. Reception could correct thisif we complained about beds.

We had a wonderful stay at Divan! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from room service to the restaurant staff. They even provided plug adapters and fresh towels daily. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station. The hotel's app, Divan Life, was also convenient and easy to use. The room with two double single beds on the 9th floor was clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a nice view. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Divan and would definitely come back.

Our massage appointment was mixed up and the alternative time offered didn't suit our schedule. It was also disappointing to learn that the hotel only had one therapist available for couples massages.

The Room is too small, I could switch the Bathroom light from my Bed, but it was good enough for the business trip of 48 hours.

Room size

The room was smaller as small, this was not a children room, it was too small even for a baby room. the had around 10qm, but 5qm bath, and 5 qm living room. very poor!
