The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was comfortable with nice beds and cleanliness. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and ample parking spaces. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast option would be better with a wider variety of coffee choices.

The double room I stayed in was stylish and had incredibly comfortable beds, the location was fantastic for exploring Te Puia, the service was exceptional, and the breakfast was both reasonably good and delicious.

In the double room, there is air conditioning, a nice view, a fan, and a twin bed. 👍 I would recommend this place to others.

My stay at Distinction Hotel Rotorua was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and a great spot for a trip in Rotorua. I was able to check in early and got a spacious, newly renovated room with a large bathroom and a working TV. The fans were also a nice touch. I will be back, loved it. Accommodating personnel is especially the night shift crew. The location is good and perfect, 3 miles from Whakarewarewa. Its in a nice building in the great area.

You can also keep your valuables safe in the personal safe provided. And let's not forget about the super comfy bed that will ensure a good night's sleep 💤.

The delicious breakfast offered a good choice of meals. The comfortable beds, flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and personal safe in the room made for a cozy stay. The hotel has an ideal location in Rotorua, close to downtown, the lakefront, and restaurants.

The service was good and the pool was great. The room was air-conditioned and fashionable. The hotel was near the garden and main attractions.

We loved the comfortable and clean rooms with nice decor, making our stay pleasant. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the heated pool and hot tub facilities, providing a great experience for relaxation. Parking was convenient, with plenty of space available. This city's major roads were easily accessible from the hotel, making it an ideal central location for tourists.

Honestly...everything. We had just got married and the Staff were great - really made us feel kind of special :-) We found the resteraunts really good and the food was fantastic - the breakfast being a real highlight! We found it great that the price for the suite had the breakfast and dinner included as we didn't have to worry about meals. Very enjoyable stay and would definately do it again ourselves and recommend the Distinction to others. All the best Karen & Glenn Anderson.
