  The prices of the hotel were very reasonable compared to you pay for in the us and service was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable, in particular the croissants at breakfast were exceptionally good.

  All in all, a really great place to stay, polite staff and the apartment I had was a good one. Excellent breakfast buffet included in price.

  Staff were helpful and friendly, the bathroom was clean and plenty of towels were available.

  Throughout my stay of 4 nights there was no hot water and sheets were not changed obviously soiled.

  Staff were friendly, helpful and English speaking, the bed was quite simply the worst I have ever slept on.

  And getting a taxi to come back to the hotel was always annoying and food was also very expensive by Eastern European standards.

  The location is perfect and also, getting a cab is super easy. Nice hotel in downtown Kiev close to metro station and the lobby is spacious as are the rooms and the beds are excellent. The balcony is on the river and the breakfast is great, staff is extremely helpful.

  Position is good and hotel is huge. The lobby is very nice and service at the reception is adequate at best. Rooms are clean and aircon, plenty storage space and a well stocked mini bar. Breakfast won't get your stomach happy for more than 2 hrs, concierge is very efficient.

  The price is good overall and the hotel is located near the metro station. The reception staff speks English and is quite helpful and efficient, internet is free. Buffet breakfast is tasty.
