Great location and from Amsterdam because we liked so much.
Location were excellent, staff after waiting 20 minutes for the lift I made a complaint to the receptionist only to be told was out of there control and the rooms were very nice.
Good location, to tram station as well and everything is great about this hotel.

The location is fantastic, just off dam sq, very easy to get too and the hotel is housed in a historical building off of Vorburgwal. Nice soaking tub for post walking tours; hot water.

Overall a good hotel, great location, friendly staff and nice facade, ornate and attractive restaurant and bar rooms.

City centre, old and not in front of the noisy street. Dangerous and the toilet very badly possitioned, breakfast being charged in addition.
