The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for both the apartments and the breakfast buffet. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome and cater to their needs. The hotel's location is perfect, being situated between the new town and old town of Hersonissos. This allows guests to easily explore the different areas and enjoy both the lively nightlife and the more relaxed atmosphere of the old town. The rooms in the hotel are clean, comfortable, and modern. They have great amenities, including newly refitted bathrooms with amazing showers. The pool bar at the hotel is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a few drinks, especially during sunset. The barman, Kostas, is a real gem and adds to the enjoyable atmosphere.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in Crete. the value for money was excellent - the prices were reasonable and we got great value for what we paid. The attention to detail was also impressive, with rooms kept extremely clean and well-maintained. I particularly loved the balcony in our room, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings. The staff provided exceptional service, always helpful and friendly. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight, with a great view to enjoy while starting the day.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel located between the seaside of Chersonisos and the village of Piskopiano. Our suite with a private pool and small garden was perfect, complete with comfortable beds and spacious living room sofas. The hotel premises were beautiful and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the generosity of the hotel owner, who invited us to a delicious dinner with fresh seafood and the best white wine on Crete. The maid service was excellent, with frequent changes of linen and towels. The views into the valley were stunning, and the location of the hotel, nestled between the bustling Hersonissos and charming Piskopiano, was ideal. We can't wait to come back!

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and made the holiday extra special. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The pool was heated which was a pleasant surprise. The Christmas dinner was delicious and they even had festive decorations up.

That the rooms were a bit small and basic, but they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection could have been better, but it was still decent.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was quiet and peaceful but still close to the city and towns uphill. The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There is an electrical store in town and a large supermarket at the bottom of the hill as you head into the city. The rooms are well equipped with kitchenettes and comfortable beds, while the bathroom is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to help and provide recommendations. The breakfast offered a varied selection, including a full English breakfast, and dinner was a good quality meal.

Some of the towels and linen were not changed frequently enough, which could be frustrating for some guests.

Unbelievable location between the vibrant city and serene towns with endless restaurant choices. Super clean rooms with great air conditioning. Mind-blowing breakfast and spacious dining area. Friendly staff, including a dedicated pool bar attendant. Free Wi-Fi, amazing pool, and comfy beds.

We enjoyed the warm weather during our Easter break. The pool area was clean and there were enough sun beds for everyone. We appreciated the fact that there were some pool toys and games available for the children. The location of the hotel was perfect, it was close to a beautiful beach and the restaurants in the area had great food.

There was only one pot and two small hotplates, making it very difficult to cook. The noise from the bar was too loud and continued late into the night, making it difficult to sleep.
