  Daily free breakfast served at the bar, the facilities served us well.

  Fairly good location and roach Hotel. Absolutely not worth the money, the lobby area has a terrible stinch of old smoke.

  Great location a block from the beach and upon arrival, there’s a free bus service around the town. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and hair dryer and Iron all worked well. Small refrigerator was handy, breakfast was good.

  The elevator did not work, and the halls and lobby were filthy and rundown, the bathtub was very old, the pool was tiny.

  A block away to a nice beach and great location. The hotel was not bad, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. I killed 4 roaches in one night and the continental breakfast was horrible.

  The elevators were very slow, the sofas in the reception were dirty.

  Across the street a big walgreen for snacks, location was spectacular and our stay at this hotel was better than expected. Staff were generally friendly, tv worked fine and oh and the poolside kitchen was great. Sheets were clean.

  The location was great too, seemed to be in the middle of everything, the hotel room was also kept clean by housekeeping and on the good side, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was huge was rockhard, my back was killing me after.

  Hotel was at best ok, the staff were attentive, friendly and the rooms were clean and neat. Danny's pizza around the corner was great.

  The view of old San Juan was breathless and the elevators were almost always broken.

  I would too, especially for the price we paid, clean Hotel and the staff is also very friendly. Rooms are musty, not cleaned well , water is not warm and the restaurant was not bad and will give credit credit is due.

  This place seemed much better in the ads, friendly staff and food wonderful / rooms need to be fixed. The continental breakfast is pretty small and not really worthwile.

  The beach is less than a block away and there are restaurants and shops everywhere, also,across the street is a bus stop that takes you to old San Juan for, the lobbies are small, seem to be closing in on you and in bad need of repairs.

  One of the worst ever hotels and pretty good service. The bathroom was very clean and the staff were wonderful the food was fanatastic at the Greenhouse.

  My stay at diamond palace was great, the rooms were cleaned everyday and we found everybody to be friendly, the pool was clean and enjoyable.

  This place is the worst ever, avoid at all cost, bathrooms are fine and the Puerto Rican food sold at the pool bar is excellent.

  All of the staff is not friendly, iron not put away.
