I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pools were absolutely lovely, with towels provided and plenty of sun loungers. I especially enjoyed the breathtaking view of Castelmola from the third-floor pool. The private beach, just a short walk away or accessible by the complimentary shuttle bus, was also a highlight. Although the beach was rocky, the snorkeling in the clear water was absolutely amazing.

This hotel is perfect for families and I highly recommend it.

Quite location and good breakfast

Room door jamed. No curtain so had to close sutters and to top it up air condition was not working, had a terrable two days. Should have moved out of hotel immeditaly. After complaing we were insulted with a ten per cent discout.

Spent New Year's Eve here and it was magical. The bed was so comfy and the view from the balcony was amazing. The breakfast was a feast, with delicious cooked options and a variety of items. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the nearby town was a great advantage.

Although the hotel was lovely, the location was a bit disappointing as it was tucked away in a not-so-great area, and a bit of a walk to the water front. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a downside, and it was inconvenient to have to buy water.

We stayed at the hotel in Aug 2012. The rooms where very clean.

- Very poor breakfast and poor attidute of staff. After the second day we stopped going to the breakfast - Bad location, too far from everything requires a car - The swimming pool although could be nice, was dirty - When we arrived at the hotel we where given a room on the first floor (mountain view...) which was actually facing the opposite wall and the dirty roof of the parking. After complaining we where given two options on the 3rd floor, one room sea view (with additional fee, typical trick...) or the standard room facing the neighbouring construction site, noisy and of course unable to open the windows becouse of the workers. after further complaints we were given the sea view with no additional fee. - Poor staff attitude

The hotel room was a good size and a reasonable sea view.

There was a lot of building work happening at the rear of the hotel which made for a noisy stay. We went in mid September and the clientele was much older than ourselves, this is not a problem but was not entirely expected either. The hotel is located up a steep hill and a long walk from a decent restaurant so we opted to drive into Taormina instead.

The hotel had clean rooms with a balcony and friendly staff. The breakfast had a great variety of choices. The hotel facilities included a beautiful swimming pool area with towels and sun loungers available. There was also a shuttle bus for transportation to/from Taormina.

Hotel is in a quiet area, plenty of free parking in hotel surroundings, very well kept hotel, with pool area. Breakfast was plenty and excellent

access to hotel may be difficult if not by car due to hills, and closure of the indoor pool during our time of visit.

The pool was beautiful and overlooked the side of a mountain. Large bathroom with shower next to the pool (very convenient). Outdoor restaurant/bar next to the pool. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was wonderful and had a variety of choices. The decor was a modern take on old world elegance. Staff was nice. 5 minute drive to Taormina, 5 minute drive to the beach. Free gated parking lot. We would have stayed longer if we could.

I liked over all the hotel including room, breakfast and swimming pool

The room was close to the pump of the other room so in the morning I was waking up by the neighboor when he was going to the bathroom

We stayed in a hotel located in a peaceful residential area within walking distance to a private beach club where they had a bigger selection. The room was clean and spacious with a delightful view. The staff provided excellent service and breakfast was satisfactory with from a variety of selections.

The hotel lacked proper organization with poor communication for handling large groups which sometimes resulted in poor dining experiences.

Had a lovely Easter stay at a hotel near the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious and both swimming pools were great. The breakfast had a good mix of options and there were quality cheeses and honey. The hotel's free shuttle service to the nearby town was really helpful, but it was also not far to walk to. We enjoyed exploring the town in the evenings. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Dora and Noemi.

There were a few times when the hotel felt a bit understaffed, so it took a while for them to collect our bags. Also, the coffee machine at breakfast was a letdown and it would have been nice to have a more in-depth explanation of the local area upon check-in.
