The staff was pleasant, helpful and could speak English, the rooms were clean, and the location was central in the New Pudong Area of Shanghai.

The apartment layouts are comfortable, each living room has a balcony which is pleasant in nice weather, and it is in the green and safe area of new Pudong. There's a great spa nearby, and a market to get munchies for the room.

Large rooms with kitchen and lounge. Near a number of Western focused restaurants.
Staff are not very knowedgeable.

Just the location, which was close to my friends.
We booked the executive suite in the service apartments. There was nothing service about them. Nothing in the kitchen and one bed in the entire huge two bedroom apt. We were told if we wanted kitchen stuff we had to rent it and if we needed an extra bed for our 3 yr old we had to pay for it even though we were in a huge 2 bedroom apartment. The manager was very righteous and not very helpful.

The staff are not always as courteous as I would like. Mostly they are very good, but sometimes they are very abrupt.

Close to business
Only one breakfast ticket for 2 people, not at all western like. Not enough toilet paper. No lotion, not enough soap. No mini-bar. Bathroom not so clean.

Nearby a grocery shopping center (Carrefour) and several restaurants. Rooms had a kitchen and washer.
