The location is fine and the hotel has a great feel about. Staff need to show more pleasant appeal serving guests coming from south asia and room wear clean. The evening meal buffet in the docklands restaurant is very reasonable.

Good for the training location, excellent value and the structural design of the building and the style of the interior was superb. Staff were very friendly and the room was big and clean. The hookah bar and the spa the food the front desk was ok.

The location was perfect and the worst hotel I have seen in my life ,because the service was very bad the reception. The room was very nice and the duty manager I checked in was an excellent professional.

Some of the staff at the counter was very rude, the buffet was poor.
