  Near the city, large car park and room had a huge bay window. The Hotel was warm and the hospitality experience at the Devonshire House was excellent. The decorations were superb, staff were extremely helpful and polite, manager was very helpfull.

  The beds were very uncomfortable and the toilet was dirty. The breakfast was better the first time we stayed in august 2010 and we felt as on check-in we were treated under suspicion because of this.

  Great location and a large prawn-'fountain. Excellent value for money, very stylish building and we arrived about an hour early for book in time so we waited for our friends to arrive in the lobby area. The staff are superb and rooms good Restaurant very pub grub ish.

  Even for the reduced price paid, 2 sets of towels wouldn't fit on tiny radiator and breakfast is poor. Also curious choices: may be the Liverpool diet and lack of meals you check-in late.

  Handy location outside City centre and a large prawn-'fountain. Additionally good value for money and old-fashioned decoration. Staff pleasant and the receptionists were excellent. Room was very comfortable, had an enjoyable late evening in the bar and the towels were clean.

  The blinds did not block out hardly any light, the meal was unspeakably disgusting.

  The location is excellent and i liked the spacious feel of the hotel. The staff are friendly and great size room. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful and the gardens are beautiful.

  The location is excellent and the staff are lovely very helpful an friendly we will defo stay again. The main reception is actually very smart and warm rooms during very cold spell. Great little bar down stairs and didn't pay for breakfast.

  The convenient location to Liverpool city attractions and nice place. In addition the decorations were superb, i like the service was excellent and the receptionist was helpful we needed anything. Tidy as were bedrooms, the bar staff were quick and the towels were clean. The breakfast was delicious, the gardens were lovely.

  Access to the city was good and went up 2 watch the liverpool portsmouth game. The staff were excellent and the Receptionist on duty was really helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was fine. Service was great at Dinner, check-in was nice and quick, the gardens were beautiful.

  Was central to the areas that we visited and the foyer was good quality. Staff were friendly and room was clean and spacious. Cooked breakfast included fresh sausage and the gardens were beautiful.

  Good position and the hotel had easy access. Staff were friendly and polite, bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The food was hot.

  The exterior was in poor condition, the curtains were filthy.

  Nice view and food & breakfast very reasonibly priced & good value for money also the bar was reasonable for a hotel as well. Moreover the staff were friendly and were doing their best to get the rooms cleaned in time. Towels were clean, the evening buffet was great.
