        The location ideal for the city centre and hotel allows dogs great for us. Lovely friendly staff and rooms excellent. The good breakfast.

        Location was ideal as was the price, the hotel was chosen because its website looked good and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was always warm and breakfast was lovely.

        I liked that was in handy location and our opinion of the hotel was superb. Staff were friendly enough and the bathroom had a good power shower.

        Very nice stay and excellent location for city venues. Additionally convenient to airport bus and very near to train station. Good car park, sauchiehall Street is very long and the prices are great.

        Cheerful throughout the stay, great prices and the decoration was reasonable. Moreover the location was good, the staff served were fantastic and the check-in was efficient and friendly. The room was spacious, sheets were clean and the breakfast was quite nice. The heated swimming pool was a mass of naked bodies.

        Workmanship on the building was not a high standard eg use of expanding foam and the lamps were dusty.

        We liked the location and near to city shops on bus route. Furthermore this hotel is clean and lobby are the best parts. We had nice walk through Kelvin Grove Park and staff are friendly.

        The building is old and the guy on reception let the maintenance man do all the running around including moving me rooms.
