It was as expected, had a such great stay for 2 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed outstanding and clean room with a completely comfortable bed and lovely stuff. Having complimentary toiletries, a shower cap, and bath sheets was a bonus.

I loved the room with double sized shower & bath, the bed was amazing. It was in an exceptionally nice location short walk from Santos Dumont Square.

The hotel's decoration was charming and elegant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The lobby and common areas were tastefully decorated, creating a cozy ambiance that made it easy for seniors like me to relax and feel at home. The accessibility of the hotel was exceptional, with ramps and elevators conveniently located, making it easy for us to navigate the hotel without any difficulties.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff to enhance the vacation experience for seniors.

It had central location close to Santos Dumont Square. I was given fine and modern room with double sized shower and a completely comfortable bed, as example😃🙂

Wonderful hotel, breakfast was wonderful, excellent location unable to provide assistance to locate nearby areas. Truly enjoyed cable channels, a mini bar fridge, and a writing table in the room. Overlooked city...

Practical location with extremely correct and helpfull staff

There seems to be a disco a street behind the hotel, causing an awfull lot of noise in the early weekend hours (starting 5 A.M.!) the staff is aware and they changed our room to the front of the hotel

We had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel in Cuiaba. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cuiaba.

Room service excellent - we got a lovely breakfast at 3.30am before an early flight. Extremely comfortable beds. Pool lovely too, much needed after a hot stay in the Pantanal.

I stayed in a hotel in the downtown area, which had an excellent location and was surrounded by good restaurants and stores. Walking distance to a superb Sushi restaurant. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice LED television. The bathroom had a good water pressure shower, and included toiletries. Staff provided exceptional service and made our stay pleasant. Breakfast included a variety of meat, bread, and fresh fruit. The hotel had strong wifi, a pool, and a helpful staff.

The room had single-pane windows, which made the street noise more audible at night.
