Overall, I would say the hotel is decent enough if you get a good price on it.
In a great location, located at a quiet street near the university and nice nearby.
Its a good location for the old town and lovely 3-night stay in the hotel.
The location is very convenient everything is within walking-distance and design is fine.
We got the train in from the airport and although we got a cab to the hotel, which was only a short ride, we later discovered that it was also easy access via tram.
By the way, if you want to save money, go for the Zurich Card, available at the airport and main train station.
The rooms are trendy, bed not that comfortable (I requested a twin and got a double room which was a bit annoying staying with a male friend) but bathroom has excellent shower.
And there was really nothing in room but 1 lousy bed, small tv and chair.
The rooms are wonderful (there are is one room with an outdated bathroom so make sure you get a new one).
Our bathroom was bit on the small side but our friends room had a bathroom which was huge so I guess all the rooms are all different.
Excellent value at 250 SFr a night for design room with queen bed with breakfast included for two.
However, the hotel's bar is actually a nice place to sit, and the restaurant serves great food (although a little pricey).
Furthermore the rooms are stylish and comfortable, the italian restaurant Sento is famous for its fresh cuisine.

Buffet breakfast with a good selection of fruit and delicious meusli served in Santo restaurant which forms part of hotel.
Travelling a lot on business, I normally view hotel restaurants as the last resort, but the hotel's restaurant was as good as anything else we had during the trip.
A good 15 minute walk from the centre of town, the bar in the hotel is super and reception: Staff is friendly without being warm.

Our concerns about its situation, a good 15 minute (uphill) walk from the centre of town, were allayed by the excellent tram service, with a stop just 200 metres from the hotel.
Plus, there was a sign in the elevator about construction taking place that week daily from 10 a.
You can request a parking space right behind the hotel (at extra charge).
Parking was a little steep, but I suspect most people won't need it.
Also, would have been nice to have free WI-FI connectivity, and extra pillows.
The room was clean, tidy, and functional.
Service were excellent and the room was not particularly clean.
