Truly enjoyed the location, it was stunning and fantastic so close to a getaway with exclusive service and exceptional views, and outlying restaurants and spa building.

Recently renovated and well-appointed rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The view of the mountains is breathtaking. It has extremely helpful and very friendly staff members in training for Assistant manager. The location is amazing in a central area, close enough to all the restaurants and nightlife on El Paseo, restaurant choices, and the desert during winter. Bella Vita, where you can eat, is just a short stroll away from from here.

Perfect fairly clean hotel with good service and views of the lake. Very modern interior, nice sized bathroom, newly decorated room. Perfect check-in, late check-out, customer-focused staff. Awesome setting, near Desert Hot Sprins/Palm Desert as well as nightlife on El Paseo. Also, very close to the aerial tram in Palm Springs.

It has really helpful and very helpful employees with speedy service.

This hotel was set in a central area right by the restaurant, the festival and Desert Hot Sprins / Palm Desert. The venue staff was consistently courteous and accommodating. Overall the room was nice styled and freshly renovated with a blow dryer, a king bed.

Ideal hotel, stuff where customer-facing and rooms were newly remodelled. The airport was 16 miles away from here, beautiful location.

We had newly renovated room that was not prepare for 4 gests missing toiletries not properly ben cleaned and available with living area view, separate bedroom, couch. The breakfast was warm and extensive at Rockwood grill and all the food was outstanding. The service provided there was personalized. The hotel offered a bar in the lobby. Wonderful and fantastic location, it was not far from nightlife as well as more quiet areas.

The hotel was well-appointed with top-class people with speedy service. The setting of property was fantastic, to the Palm Springs area. I ate at the poolside restaurant near the hotel.

We stayed at the JW Marriott for a family vacation and were blown away by the stunning grounds and beautiful lobby. The warm pools were a huge hit and the hotel provided hand sanitizers everywhere. The room was comfortable and the beds, though full instead of queens, were still cozy. The seafood restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff, like Helio and Jose, made us feel like royalty. We can't wait to make this our yearly vacation spot!

Bar shut too early, staff cleared away whilst people were still drinking. Food too expensive, no menu outside to check price prior to seating, we felt obliged to continue after seating

This place is the perfect starting point for exploring all the attractions in the area. The room design was absolutely incredible and we were blown away. The manager of this hotel was amazing, they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We had a good time here and can't wait to come back.

Amazing central location really close to La Quinta which was a beautiful quiet property and the surrounding areas. The room was luxurious and modern with a lovely view, just what we needed.

I’ve been visiting this hotel for about 35 plus years... It used to cater to families, but that is no longer the case. They cater to the bachelor and bachelorette parties. Service around pool was slow, waited over an hour and just left to get my own. As far as the rooms, small old acoustic ceilings, and had to call on both days of my stay to have my room cleaned up with fresh towel, coffee, etc... as I was checking out I spoke to a clerk and she apologized, but she shouldn’t have to. Management needs to be notified. As far as coolers around the pool, why was it okay to take our drinks down on Thursday, Friday and not okay on Saturday. Also, main pool was closed down for a day...’so went to the adult pool where it was so dirty the slime was around the pool tile. People eating in the pool and nothing being don’t about, and wild drunks... It’s time to move on and find another hotel that has something to offer the kids.

It was fairly clean, breakfast was good hot and savoury. The location in a good area was marvellous and beautiful and there were boutiques and a convenience store nearby. Also, such main attraction as Coachella Valley was 1 mile from this hotel. The poolside restaurant was great, they served outstanding food.
