  We were told that a daily continental breakfast was included; I confirmed that with the check-in person (George) when we arrived. The nights were tough due to fights in the rooms next us, so a good nights sleep was difficult. It did have a nice pool and is right on the ocean.

  When we got to our room the tile floors we very slippery, so my wife started wiping them down. She went through 5 towels cleaning the floor and each towel was black when she was done. When the maid came through each day, she neglected to pick up the daily trash that we accumulated.

  After checking in and seeing the condition of the room. We were told from the front desk that we would get no refund and they offered us other rooms. Went back down to the front desk and they gave us keys to a jacuzzi patio suite.

  So I asked if they had any "Clean Rooms".

  We went in though the parking garage and there was water dripping everywhere. We got to our room, at first it looked okay then I went to the balcony. Then I went back in the room in the bathroom and along the walls dirt. They moved us the new room was better than the first but It still was not even okay.

• The staff was very helpful. Huge pool deck and ocean front lounge. Great rooms, Great Staff!

  Stay away- it's not worth the price- pay more money to go somewhere else where you can actually feel safe, clean, and respected by the staff.

  Housekeeping never changed our sheets once during the whole trip even though I physically went to the front desk to ask. The ceilings in the hallways dripped water. Either the hotel staff is normally unhelpful or they just did not care because we were college students, but either way is unacceptable. The bathroom had live roaches crawling up the walls and the ground had piles of dead roaches.

  We booked a 1 bedroom suite ocean front and it was more than enough for my small family. The suite was very spacious, included a large bedroom with 2 full beds, and the living room was very up to date with new furniture and a flat screen tv along with a beautiful view of "the worlds most famous beach". Most of our time was spent enjoying the pool deck and laying out in the sun with a view of the beach. Also the staff from the front desk seemed ready and willing to help at all times.

  The second we walked in our room, which was large in comparison to some hotels, we began getting bitten. No vacuum, no clean tubs, sinks, toilets, etc.

  We couldn't find rooms anywhere else so we had to stay there. We were told it was because they had to wait for another guy to come in so that he could help carry the dresser, ok that was understandable, however turned out only one guy picked up and brought to our room.

  I made a reservation about 2 months in advance. When I arrived for my stay the hotel staff informed me that they cancelled my reservation to rent out the entire hotel to a college event. Despite having a confirmation letter mailed to me, (which I brought with me for check in) they could not be bothered to send a cancellation letter, and cancelled my reservation without ever contacting me. To top it all off, they did not even offer to call other hotels to assist in finding me a room. I would never recommend staying at this hotel ever - the staff is rude and inconsiderate.

• The room was great and the hotel was very accomodating for our group. There was a party on the pool deck every day of our trip, the restaurant had good food and big screen tv's. The staff both at the lounge and the front desk were very helpful.

• We booked 6 nights in a sunset suite that included a bedroom with 2 beds, 2 fold out couches, a full kitchen an a balcony. The rooms were very nice and the crowd was awesome! The day starts off with a huge pool deck party with contests and entertainment.
