  Such a great breakfast stop, nice view of the pools and nightmare at Desert Hot Springs Hotel and Spa. The staff is friendly and the water of the springs is incredible too. The food is wonderful and some waitress are good other younger waitress are not.

  The staff in the cafe and bar areas are just great, the hotels are here because of the hot springs, the service is friendly. The rooms are clean, the food is very good and the employees are very polite, all of the waitresses are very nice. Selection of pools is wonderful.

  The hotel room was clean, for the price I paid I was happy and service was and is, very, very good. The restaurant staff were decent and the receptionist did not even apologize, this was the worst experience ever. The pools were excellent.

  Just a great place, staff were nice and the room was at least clean, and after about 11 pm, was pretty quiet. Restaurant had really good food and was very affordable, pools were very clean and open 24 hours.

  Quiet relaxing hotel and great service. The springs hot water and the food USED to be great, and this time, was just OK. Daryl at the spa did something no one has ever been able to do.

  The hotel is very clean and the staff professional, the water is as gorgeous and refreshing as advertised, the bar tenders are great. The cafe food is fabulous and the pools are marvelous.

  The hotel staff were courteous enough, the service was terrible as well and our room was cool we arrived at 3. Food was great.

  The hotel/hot pools is in desperate need of a good cleaning, the staff is awesome and the rooms are always clean and fresh and the maids are very nice. One of the bar's excellent Irish coffees in the evening is sooo pleasant.

  That's right, very hot water and good and inexpressive food and drinks. Great 24 hour pools.

  Hot waters and the restaurant has a variety of good food at reasonable prizes.

  The hotel is dated and needs to be completely remodeled, the pools could use a face lift as concrete is getting old.
