The place was clean and staff was nice and polite. Booked a room with also a very comfortable bed. The hotel location was great to be near to the port for ferry.

It was the best of Dinan hotels I visited before. The setting was handy and great, next to the ferry from St Malo, restaurant and the town centre.

best western exceeded our expectations during our relaxing couple of nights in dinan. the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. the breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold options, and the bar had a good variety of drinks. the location was convenient, with easy parking and a surprisingly quiet atmosphere.

One minor drawback was the lack of a light on the staircase in our room, which made it difficult to see at night.

Good hotel for overnight stay en-route to ferry at St Malo. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dinan - the town itself is gorgeous. Make sure that you leave time to explore it!

Family suite was great with bedroom upstairs for children including their own bathroom.

Everyone who works in the hotel is very attentive and knowledgeable. The rooms are reasonably large and generally offer coffee/tea making facilities and TV.

I had a great time at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the start. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a double bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near the dual carriageway, making it easy to access and perfect for a quick stopover. Additionally, the breakfast provided had a good variety of options to choose from. I found this hotel to be a great value for money and would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and immaculate with also a very comfortable bed kept by the affable staff. The staff helped with taxi.

Absolutely brilliant and amazingly comfortable room with a double bed, and great pool. A mini fridge bar, an air conditioning and coffee/tea making equipment available.
