Not the cheapest hotel in Paris, but well worth the money.
This hotel (opened just a few months ago), is situated on a good location in a nice street, just around the corner of Rue Montpernasse.
The location is very comfortable – next to a lot of attractions and there are lovely shops and a market where you can buy seafood, wine and water, etc.
I found the location to be very convenient and the staff to be very friendly.
The Hotel is easily accessible from Vavin metro station and easy to get to using the RER line B from Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Fantastic restaurants steps away as well as the Vavin metro station and bus stop, so convenient and we always felt safe.
Every surface, every detail is something to marvel at from the sumptuos harmonious colors of the walls, bed linens and drapes to the faucets, sink, and light fixtures - we felt like we were inside a room from a design magazine!
We stayed in room 33 which had a Queen bed and great Vichy shower.
Room is Parisian-- small but cute and if you adjust--one stays on the bed when the other is moving, etc.
There was also a seperate toilet and shower in the room - the shower is pretty good too and is one of those ones were water seems to come from all over i.
The hotel is great, with beautiful, though small lobby and a library adjacent to it with stylishly decorated rooms containing all the modern conveniences ( WiFi, flat screen, comfy beds, tec.
At breakfast the next morning, Henri explained that the proprietor of the restaurant had been in to the hotel to explain and apologise for the error.
The dining area is also nice, although at 15 euros a head, breakfast is not too cheap for what you get - 10 euros would have been more fair i would say.
The hotel area itself is full of life, with trendy / local restaurants, cafés, "bistrots", cinemas, shops.
The breakfast is a little luxury and delicious.
Breakfast is superb and the best choice for our weekend in Paris.

The interior of the hotel is impressive as well, and the artwork from ground floor to the top via the lift should be seen even if you are only staying on the 1st floor.
I felt welcome here the moment I walked into the lobby.
Upon entering the glass walled elevator you see the man painted on a wall of black and he actually appears to be moving up the wall with you as you ascend to your floor.

Our room was very clean and I liked the modern flair of the interior decorations.
Room had a separate w/c from the shower/sink, all done in a beautiful, clean, crisp modern style.
