It is realy "dream home" 6 rooms villa with a wonderful private indoor swimmig pool + jacuzzi, and sauna (normal and infra) in an "old style" with several woods, with a wonderful view to the town. You can peacefull relax or can make a party here. The house is perfect for groups, for a celebration, nobody is nearby who can disturb, you can dance and laugh all night. You can make a birthday party, bachelor day or a card game party with friends in this wonderful and rather charmly city. If you want travel and live with your friend and your family together, this is a very safe and children care place with several toys, and experience of private swimming pool, and the big and nice garden with toys. In this private villa you feel yourself like home.
At Wellness level is a heated (27C) swimming pool 4*14,5m, jacuzzi (34C), and sauna (infra/finn), shower, toilet, with door to the garden, garage for 2 cars and self-usage laundry.
We have on 1st floor living room, dining room (table for 12) and the big full equpped kitchen, bar with a terrace (gas barbecue),and a big extra room, what you can use as a sleeping room (opened double sofa and extra 3 guest beds),or meeting room, or dancing room. In the living room is an opened double sofa.
On 2nd floor we have 3 bigger double bed rooms with bathrooms (double bed plus single bed for 3 person), balcony and 2 smaller double bed rooms without bathromm.
We have a separet place in the garden for dogs 20m2.
The price is valid for self-service.
We offer our breakfast (3-5EUR/person), or dinner service (10-15EUR/person), or we can organise a garden barbecue (depends on weather), or wine-tasting, please give me your idea.
