Anna Maria was very welcoming and made my stay very special. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a view over Santiago. I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent quality and in a safe area. Anna Maria was great and very helpfull when we checked in and arranged taxi for us to go to the airport. Fast wifi and very close to Los Leones metro.

This is a very a good apart hotel. It´s clean, comfortable and good located.

However, the street is very noise. It´s little difficult to sleep.

The room is comfortable and modern. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary to prepare a fast and good meal. The place is excellent, close to a subway station and in a very good vicinity (Providencia). Plenty of restaurants and stores. The personel is a must. Ana Maria, keeps the room very comfortable every day and is ready to help in any need, making the stay a very pleasant experience. She really solves any problem and is allways happy in provide assistance to make the customer life in Santiago unforgetable. The other "crew members" help you as well, providing transportation to the airport for a fair fare, in a confortable and secure way. You can also use their services to rent a car, also with competitive rates and with no red tape. We felt ourselves as part of a family.

Due to the fact the building is very new and some apartments privately owned are unoccupied, the central heating system was not working at the time we stayed. The inconvenience was promptly solved by Ana Maria with extra blankets. Comfortable and warm. Not realy a problem.

Excellent place, great location, confortable.

It is a beautiful, cozy apartment with a nice balcony, in the middle of a fun area of town. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and a good gym next door. There is a good AC. Rosita, who manages the apartment, is very helpful and nice. I'd stay in the apartment again.

The apartment is big enough for a couple, but is not suited for 2 or more friends, unless they want to share the one bed (the couch is a love seat). The building's gym equipment isn't worth using; the place next door is great but costs about $20 per day, or $40 for a week. Check in is 2 pm, but Rosita locked my suitcases in a closet while I walked around town and waited after my red-eye flight arrived early in the morning. She does not speak English well.

we liked it all - no dislikes

Firstly, it isn't a hotel -but a real residential building -"AP/flat- biz" kind of ap - having said that, it is hard to apply the concep of "staff" - there is cleaning lady (daily) which btw is extremely nice and efficient - kudos t Maria Eugenia ... ap mgmt person Gloria is also extremely nice and is able to arrange pratically anything ( car rental, winery tours etc ) - both very accessible daily. Apartrment is great - hard to find accomodation this nice all around ( maybe fairmont's signature apartments such as the one in yvr ( Vancouver yvr ) - price is fair; close by supermarkets and metro - taxis all around too; concierge is very efficient ... No complains here. Mind you is a residential building and long term business accomodation - swimming pool up in the "roof" ( Terrace/Pentfloor with common area, kitchen amenities, bbq, gym and beautiful Ande Mt view - 18th floor ) - very happy; my wife and I really enjoyed, and we travel quite often ) - ap w kitchen, balcony, bedroom, bathroom, all nicely furnished, ipod dock, large tv w cable service ) - only minor setback is that if you are coming from North America and wishes to rent a car w automatic gearing u will be better off going t a major rental ( avis, etc ) - make sure you are very used to difficult parking as thr garage have lots of parking but requires a tricky manouver - our pk spot was "downhill" and between columns - fine w us but I can see others not used t such small parking having a problem. We travel lots and highly recomment it if staying in Santiago. Bon voyage Ps: speaking some Spanish helps a lot too a English is, understandably Not as diffused as one would expect. Hundred thumbs up.

Absolutely nobody speaks English, nobody present on Saturday, Sunday

Very comfortable, spacious city centre Apartment.

This is not a true Apart Hotel. This was reflected in the difficulty in making a credit card payment. It was not until I had spent 2 nights there that the maid was able to bring a card reader to the apartment. People may need to have cash available as a back up. Able to get 2 good nights sleep but Friday night was party night with loud noises until 4.00am

The lack of air conditionning made sleeping in this very noisy place impossible to sleep as we had tp keep the windows open. They should really make this small investment. The location is very handy, shops are nearby, the staff is helpful.

Would have liked a few more English or French tv channels, but fortunately they have bbc world.

Nice staff. Perfect location in Providencia (metro just around the corner, market in front of the apartment). Spacious. Equipped kitchen.
