We had to pay a 50 euros deposit at arrival, this is the case even when you paid the hotel in advance.

Good location, well located hotel and the staff were really helpful.

First: the location was brilliant: VERY close to the metro station and the buenos aires (big shopping street).

The location was perfect and the hotel/room were very clean.

200 yards from Metro/Subway (Line 1, Red) also on a bus/trolley line.

Also loads of shops in walking distance and centrale station close by but will probably need a taxi if have suitcases.

One of the single beds in my room were broken and the hotel did not once change the bed, as they insisted it was fine.

Twin sized bed, closet, desk not too much walking around room.

There are not many breakfast tables and at some mornings there was only one employee, so you had to wait for some time to get a drink and food (at busy times a lot was empty very quickly).

High quality low price, excellent staff and the receptionist always tried to help us as good as possible.

The hotel looks nice on entering, and the reception staff were very helpful with info etc.

Staff was friendly and the shower was very good.

Off of a busy shopping street, Corso Bueno Aires and near to the Public Garden.

Staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean and breakfast was a nice buffet of breads.

Room very clean and good coffee for breakfast.

Furthermore the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Bathroom had a mint jet shower for 2 people and very clean and airey.

The room I stayed was clean and comfortable, breakfast was nice.

    The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

    Aside from the fact that the heating was almost inexistant - it was being switched on for just a couple of hours in the evening and in the morning - some currency was stolen from my unlocked luggage(it is true - I was foolish enough to leave some money in an unlocked suitcase).

    Location is very good and 10 minute walk to Central Station Off of a busy shopping street. The hotel is well situated for sightseeing and front desk friendly.

    Beds a trifle uncomfortable and breakfast can be improved - fresh bread should be replenished more often.
