The views of Victoria's Inner and Outer Harbour and the Parliament buildings from Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort And Spa are amazing. The location is somewhat remote and is about 10 minutes, on foot, away from downtown. Some thought the rooms were a bit dated.
