This hotel is far over rated as far as I could see compared to the price you pay for a room.

The rest of the hotel was fine, just overpriced!

Yes 's location is great and this hotel is located downtown near the boardwalks.

It is a great location if you have kids so that you can take in the rides, concerts, buskers, etc and then take a break at the hotel and still watch the activities on the waterfront.

20 minutes outside of town very quaint and you can stay a week for the price of a day at the delta the delta was nice but a 3 bedroom with washing and drying machines,stove ,dishwasher and right on the water!

The hotel is a good base for sightseeing, staff is very kind polite and the rooms are great.

The Selkirk Restaurant was superb, as good as any 5 star restaurant we've eaten in across the country.
