Also extremely helpful front desk, bathrooms are very small adequate.
The bed was comfortable and including the sauna in the men's changeroom - in the women's the sauna was great.
The rooms always warm I stay there, friendly staff and the bathroom was very clean.

Getting there

The preferred airport for hotel is Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier international airport (YOW) - 11km

The main entrance for Delta Ottawa hotel has been temporarily relocated to Queen street between Lyon and Kent. Visitors will notice canopy with Delta signage indicating the main entrance. Guests travelling on Albert street going west can continue to Bay street and turn right on Bay and right on Queen, continue approximately a block and half to the Delta Ottawa City Centre right next to Tim Horton’s.

The hotel is conveniently located near the convention centre and offers valet parking (subject to charges) and self parking.

Nice view on the river and i started for 15 minutes and came back, was slightly warm. In summary, our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the hotel, staff were fantastic, the shower was hot and cold periodically. The buffet was excellent.

Ice machine next to our rooom was extremely busy, the menu wasn't very appealing, and was very expensive, the pool was freezing.

Closed to the inner city, nice hotel and very good price. I liked the tim horton's in the lobby, friendly staff and again, the bed was great and the room was quiet. The mattress was comfortable and breakfast was a long line for Tim Hortons.

The location is excellent, this hotel is located at the hot of downtown Ottawa and the staff is exceptional and friendly. The rooms are clean, kelly at the bar is a wonderful bartender and has great recipe's, the pool is very large.
