The location is great, the hotel is well situated and the staff is very polite and helpful.

The best feature was the location close to shopping and the hotel staff was nice.

The location is great, close to McGill and Place des Arts Stations, walking distance to Ste-Catherine and Mont-Royal Park.

The subway/metro/underground was 2-3 block away entrance in Baie department store.

Spa, and best of all the location is superb, within walking distance from many of the hot spots, one block from great shopping, a few blocks from the "underground city", one block from the subway.

The room itself was decent, the bed very confortable, and the bathroom clean.

The room did not have a refrigerator and we were not able to get a queen-sized bed, but two full beds instead.

I had a non-smoking room with a king sized bed.

The only niggle was that I came back to my room at about 3pm one day, to find someone disassembling my bed to put a new headboard on!

We only ate one meal in the restaurant (breakfast).

Bar were pleasant, the pillows were excellent and the food at the restaurant was superb.

Clean room excellent service, the bar was perfect for a nice cold beer and the breakfast here was fresh juices.

Staff: Receptionist is friendly, but often overwhelmed as guests come into the spa asking questions and spa go-ers rush to and from their treatments through the reception area.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and allowed us an early check-in.

Another thing to note is that the garage's elevator does not connect directly to the hotel's floors, you need to go into the lobby and change to a different set of elevators to get to your room, no biggie though.

Parking was easy (we self-parked) and came right up the elevator into the hotel lobby from the inside.

The elevators worked flawlessly, but didn't take time to try the pool or spa facilities.

We got a great deal for $129/night two doubles and a free upgrade (higher floor, free high speed internet)Aug 14 and 15.

High Speed inernet was easy enough to use.

The staff were pleasant (not exactly friendly, but they were very helpful in a business-like way), the food was nice, and my room was really nice, had a good view, and was clean.

My room was clean and there wasnt any bothersome "noise.

Our non-smoking Delta room located on the 2nd floor next to the Exit door (I believe it was Room 203) was nice and clean and spacious.

My room was on the sixth floor, no balcony, nice view, lots of room, good toiletries and very clean.
